Commissions are perhaps the most significant go-to-market investment for B2B companies and the most influential motivational factor for sales teams. Managing them involves multiple departments: Finance, Sales, Operations, Human Resources... Harmonizing these forces is critical. Qobra turned to Bruno with the mission to re-engage all teams involved with commissions, making it the primary growth lever.
Since 2020 the startup has expanded by supporting over 100 businesses across Europe. The new graphic identity and website we designed reflect a strengthened position.
